For any other insurances, we’re happy to provide a Superbill.

Out-of-Pocket + Superbills

If your insurance doesn’t cover services, or if you prefer to pay out of pocket, here’s what to expect:

• Home Visit (90 minutes): $225

• Prenatal Visit (1 hour): $175

• Telehealth Visit: $100

• Back-to-Work/Weaning Consult: $175

We will gladly provide a superbill upon request so you can seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.
