We are currently contracted with:

  • The Lactation Network (TLN)
    If you have Aetna or United Healthcare PPO, you may qualify for six fully covered lactation visits.

  • Cigna
    Root and Bloom is directly contracted with Cigna and can see up to 6 covered clients per month. Book early to secure your spot.

  • Blue Cross (In Process)
    We are actively working on a direct contract with Blue Cross. In the meantime, we’re happy to provide a superbill you can submit for possible reimbursement.

Out-of-Pocket + Superbills

If your insurance doesn’t cover services, or if you prefer to pay out of pocket, here’s what to expect:

  • Home Visit (90 minutes): $225

  • Prenatal Visit (1 hour): $175

  • Telehealth Visit: $100

  • Back-to-Work/Weaning Consult: $175

We will gladly provide a superbill upon request so you can seek reimbursement from your insurance provider.
